Sección LUC

Hi,

This is a division of the Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instruccion No. 7 at Puerto del Rosario.

I haven't come across the acronym LUC before and can't find any references to it in relation to the Spanish courts. Any help would be most appreciated.

Puerto del Rosario is in Spain, and all the hits I found for "ley de urgente consideración" were from Uruguay.

And I'm not sure why a "juzgado de primera instancia" would be mentioned on a death certificate.
