I agree with raptisi about MV = murmure vésiculare, but I'm not sure about PS = préservé.

In this context it's surely got to be something to do with auscultation and normal breath sounds; it goes on to say "pas de bruit surajouté".

I was going to suggest it might be a typo for MVBS, murmure vésiculare bilatéral et symétrique, which is a pretty common finding, but then I came across this previous question:

It might possibly be plural: "murmures vésiculaires perçus symétriques". And in English you might just say "symmetrical breath sounds".
