French to English Marketing Real Estate Swiss Property specification

This property specification gives a series of graphs and tables giving information about properties sold and for sale nearby, local land and property information, and trends in property purchases in the area. This final table is placed under the page with title "9. Projets à proximité:"

The table below this shows a column entitled "DD permis" and lists items in the format "DD 101-104", "DD 101-205", "DD 101-206" and so on. Each corresponding row gives information on a properties address details and exact location and distance, and then under another column entitled "etat" states that this permit is either "chantier", "permis refus", "permis depo" or "en force". This is some sort of planning permit, but I cannot find what this is on google.
