QR significa Quick Response; es el código para hacer pasar los teléfonos inteligentes por el mismo y recibir información acerca de productos. En este caso, dice "scan the QR code below with your smart phone".
Sé que podría poner "escaneed el teléfono inteligente por el código de respuesta rápida" o algo parecido, pero no sé si en la jerga de las comunicaciones ya hay una traducción oficial. Es de Estados Unidos, para Latinoamérica.
