'fresh' I note that none of the answers so far seem to address the other possible meaning of fresh, which I as an ENS instinctively read (though lack of context prevents us from being sure!)

If this is about the summer collection, for example, I think this means 'fresh' in the sense of 'cool' — 'fashion fresh' would mean 'stay cool yet be fashionable' — you know how so often light summer dresses etc. are rather shapeless, non-fashion affairs...

I really think a little more context would help us to tell for sure, but I'd say that 'fresh' when applied to garments very often means 'cool', and is less likely to be applied to 'fashion' with the sense of 'new', 'recent'. One might say, of course, "Here is the latest collection, fresh from the Paris salons" — but that's a quite different usage from the situation here.
