Reducing PDF/DOC files size

I find that some 100+MB PDF or PPT can often be safely reduced to 50 or even 10MB.

At home I still occasionally use old FileMinimizer Suit by Balesio to compress PDF and MS Office docs, archives, and pictures.

At office we have Acrobat XI Pro, which can process only PDF/PS files, but its even lossy 150dpi optimization usually produces two-three-five times bigger files.
