On the 24th of October 2016, the first ever ADNOC Leadership Forum was held with attendance of more than one thousand leaders from ADNOC and its group companies including ADNOC CEO and its directors.
The purpose of the forum was to celebrate the accomplishments and success of ADNOC PMO which produced highly valuable deliverables. The forum was honored to be concluded with a visit of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, underlining the importance of ADNOC and the forum to UAE leadership.
H.H. addressed the attendees on how to move on to be the best oil and gas company in the world. H.H. expressed his confidence that ADNOC has the abilities, skills and determination to reach its planned goals, and requested us to work with the spirit of enthusiasm, innovation and creativity.
Following H.H. Sheikh Mohammed’s guidance, Al Hosn Gas is set to reach a new important milestone on its journey to unlock the sour gas reserves in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. During the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference ADIPEC in November, it was announced that we will expand our sour gas facility to increase processing by 50 per cent.
Later in November, we pushed expansion plans one step closer by awarding the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Services contract to enable us optimize the design of the expansion project with minimal technical, cost and schedule risks.
The new facility will be developed as part of ADNOC’s integrated Gas Master Plan, with the additional production capacity catering to increased national demand for natural gas and supporting the development of a local sulphur products industry.
The expansion comes as proof of your great work and rewards your efforts to be a leading world class company. The high confidence shown by our shareholders and strategic partners is a great motivation for us to continue to provide profitable, innovative and safe work.
Finally, I would like to thank you for your attendance and interaction during my first round of CEO communication sessions, which aim to open two-way communication and direct contact between the top management and Al Hosn Gas employees. We will keep everyone up to date and your ideas will be used to boost productivity. The presence of H.E. Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, ADNOC CEO, highlighted the sessions and gave us guidance as to the way ahead. Notably, Dr. Sultan emphasized the importance of devoted work following the steps of the UAE founding fathers, who were not tied down by the thoughts of attendance or job description, but moved actively to achieve the high aims of the nation and to cope with future challenges.
We will carry on adopting and implementing the latest technologies and practices, always giving priority to your health and safety while maintaining environmental sustainability.

فى الرابع والعشرين من أكتوبر 2016 عُقدتْ الدورة الأولى لملتقى أدنوك القيادي بحضور معالي الرئيس التنفيذي لأدنوك ومديري الدوائر وأكثر من 1000 من قيادات أدنوك ومجموعة شركاتها.
أقيم المنتدى للاحتفاء بالإنجازات القيّمة لمكتب إدارة برنامج تطوير أدنوك، وقد حظي المنتدى بشرف زيارة صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد ولي عهد أبو ظبي نائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة في ختام أعماله، تأكيداً على أهمية أدنوك والمنتدى لدى قيادة الدولة.
طالب سموه المشاركين في المنتدى بالانطلاق بأدنوك لتصبح الشركة الأولى عالمياً في مجال النفط والغاز، وأكد ثقته في امتلاك أدنوك للقدرات والمهارات والإصرار اللازم، مشدداً على ضرورة العمل بحماسة وإبداع لتحقيق الأهداف.
وانطلاقاً من توجيهات صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد، فإن شركة الحصن للغاز تقترب من تحقيق إنجاز مهم جديد في مسيرتها نحو تطوير احتياطيات الغاز الحامض في إمارة أبو ظبي، حيث تم الإعلان خلال معرض ومؤتمر أبوظبي الدولي للبترول (أديبك) في أوائل نوفمبر الماضي عن توسعة منشآت معالجة الغاز الحامض بالشركة لزيادة الإنتاج بنسبة 50 في المائة.
وفي وقت لاحق من نوفمبر مضينا قدماً بخطط التوسع عن طريق ترسية عقد خدمات التصميم الهندسي المبدئي، والتي ستمكننا من تصميم مشروع التوسعة بأقل قدر من المخاطر التقنية والمالية والزمنية.
سيتم تطوير المنشأة الجديدة كجزء من خطة أدنوك الرئيسية المتكاملة لإنتاج الغاز، لتتيح قدرة الإنتاج الإضافية تلبية الطلب المحلي المتزايد على الغاز الطبيعي ودعم تطوير صناعة منتجات الكبريت المحلية.
تأتي هذا التوسعة دليلاً على تفوقكم ومكافأة لجهودكم المخلصة التي منحت شركتنا مكانتها الرائدة على المستوى العالمي، ونستمد من الثقة العالية التي أبداها المساهمون والشركاء الاستراتيجيون حافزاً كبيراً لنا نحو مواصلة العمل بطريقة مربحة ومبتكرة وآمنة.
