Dix jours après l’explosion qui a dévasté une partie de la capitale libanaise, et alors que le gouvernement a démissionné lundi, notre correspondante à Beyrouth Laure Stephan a répondu aux questions des lecteurs du « Monde ».
Seulement six mois après son investiture, le premier ministre, Hassan Diab, a annoncé, lundi 10 août, la démission de son gouvernement, une semaine après l’explosion meurtrière au port de Beyrouth, qui a fait au moins 160 morts et plus de 6 000 blessés. Cette démission était réclamée par les manifestants qui s’étaient rassemblés samedi 8 et dimanche 9 août dans le centre de la capitale. Notre correspondante à Beyrouth Laure Stephan a répondu aux questions des lecteurs du Monde sur la situation au Liban lors d’un tchat.
