Source text - Chinese 本校符合教育部技職再造方案,由系所尋找實習機構或是教師開發、學生推薦等,提供實習名額給學生。系所會有督導老師於學生實習期間訪視實習單位,和確保學生實習狀況,並請學生於實習期間紀錄並於實習結束後完成實習報告。本校更依據實習需求設立學生實習平台,學生可依據需求從平台上各系所實習辦法和可實習單位,另外也可於實習其間直接從平台上紀錄實習工作日誌,以便讓督導老師明白學生在實習期間工作狀況。
此外系所會在實習前邀請各實習機構於校內宣導並與學生互動了解實習單位的工作性質。另外於實習期間督導老師會與學生保持良好聯繫,了解學生實習狀況。且於實習結束後召開檢討會議討論實習期間所發生之相關問題,也讓學弟妹可以藉此機會了解實習之真實情況。通常校外實習開設在大三,讓學生至校外實習,且於實習結束後返回校園完成學位。藉此機會讓學生了解正確的職場倫理觀念,提升學生實務能力,降低學用落差,與產業無縫接軌,提升學生職場之競爭力。
| Translation - English The university is in line with the Ministry of Education’s vocational re-engineering program, to provide internship opportunities for students by scouting for internship offers or through student recommendations by teachers. Departments will appoint supervising teachers to visit internship units during the internship period to safeguard the well-being of students. Students are required to document their internship experience and write an internship report after the internship has ended. The university has requested for a student internship system to be established, so that students can use the system to search for internship opportunities. Interns can also record work logs directly through the system, so that supervising teachers will be kept informed of the situation of students during internships.
Furthermore, departments will invite representatives to the university before internships to promote and interact with students, so that students will get to know the work conditions during an internship. During the internship, supervising teachers will keep in touch with interns, and be informed of the students’ well-being. After the end of the internship, a review meeting will be held to discuss any related matters of the internship, and to give other students the opportunity to know what an internship is like. Usually, off-campus internships are offered in the junior year, allowing students to go on internship off-campus and resume studies after completing the internship. Internship gives students a chance to understand and develop good work ethic, enhance practical skills of students, decrease the achievement gap, and enable seamless integration into the industry by enhancing the competitiveness of the student workforce.
