Source text - Russian 2.1. Исполнитель обязуется, по заявке Заказчика, поставлять расходные материалы с периодичностью 1 раз в месяц по отдельно выставленному счёту.
2.2. Заказчик высылает в адрес Исполнителя письменную заявку на следующий месяц с указанием номенклатуры и количества расходных материалов не позднее 25-го числа текущего месяца. На основании полученной заявки Исполнитель формирует заказ на следующий месяц.
2.3. Исполнитель ежемесячно предоставляет Заказчику товарную накладную за поставленный за месяц товар с указанием стоимости и фактического количества доставленного товара.
2.4. Заказчик оплачивает доставленный товар в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания товарной накладной.
2.5. Отчуждаемый земельный участок продан за 100 000 (сто тысяч) рублей, которые будут уплачены Покупателем Представителю Продавца в течение 1 (одного) месяца после подписания настоящего Договора, при том правила пункта 5 статьи 488 ГК РФ не применяются.
2.6. Продавцом отчуждаемый земельный участок передан, а Покупателем осмотрен и принят, претензий по состоянию земельного участка на момент его приемки; у Покупателя не имеется. В связи с отсутствием претензий настоящий договор заключен без составления передаточного акта.
2.7. Представитель Продавца гарантирует, что до заключения настоящего договора
отчуждаемый земельный участок никому не отчуждён, не заложен, в споре и под арестом (запрещением) не состоит, правами других лиц не обременён.
Translation - English 2.1. The Executor undertakes to deliver supplies 1 time per month, upon a request of the Customer, with a separate drawn up invoice.
2.2. The Customer sends to the executor’s address a written request for the following month with an indication of the range and quantity of expendable materials not later than the 25th of the current month. Based on the submitted application the Executor forms the order for the next month.
2.3. The Executor monthly provides the Customer with a consignment note for the delivered goods with an indication of the value and the actual number of delivered goods for the past month.
2.4. The Customer pays for the goods delivered within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the consignment note.
2.5. The alienated land is sold for 100 000 (one hundred thousand) rubles, which will be paid by the Buyer to the Seller's Representative within 1 (one) month after the signing of this Agreement, the rules of paragraph 5 clause 488 of the RF CC are not applied.
2.6. Alienated by the Seller land is transferred, examined and accepted by the Buyer and there are no complains about the condition of the land at the time of acceptance. Due to the absence of complaints this agreement is concluded without drawing up of the transfer act.
2.7. The Seller’s representative warrants that prior to the conclusion of this agreement alienated land is not alienated to anyone else, is not laid, is not in dispute and under arrest (distrained), not burdened with the rights of others.

Source text - English In consideration for the Services rendered by the Service Provider to the Company and subject to the full compliance with all of the Service Provider's obligations under this Agreement to the full satisfaction of the Company, the Service Provider shall be entitled to receive a fixed, gross monthly sum of USD 7,500VAT is included(the “Consideration”) subject to the issuance of atax invoice by Service Provider. A corresponding sum of the Consideration is to be paid by the Company within 10 business days upon execution by the Parties of the Certificate of Transfer and Acceptance of Services pursuant to the form attached hereto as Annex C.
The Company will pay the Service Provider, an annual variable commission of up to USD 90,000related to his business sales achievements and sales targets at such rates and in accordance with the Company’s commission plan and policies as shall be determined by the Company from time to time (the “Commission Plan”). The current Commission Plan for the year 2015 will be attached to this Agreement under Annex A. The Company may at its sole discretion revise the Commission Plan at any time.

1. Subject of the contract.
1.1. The «Executor» gives tourist’s services in accommodation, beverage, excursions and any other requested transport and translated services during statement of tourists.
1.2. List of services for any tourist should be agreed between partners by singing documents according to the Contract.
2. Obligation of the «Customer».
2.1. To supply the tourists with full information about given by «Executor» services.
2.2. To supply «Executor» with the list of the Tourists. This list must conclude: full name, number aircraft, if in group stay children list must conclude: full name, date of birth for 7 day beginning travel.
2.3. To fill all documents which the Emigration Authorities requires to the sale to the Tourists the Tours and excursion.
2.4. The «Customer» shall provide each tourist group and individual tourist with voucher which shall serve and provide booked services.
2.5. The group of tourist and individual tourist arriving without voucher or with a voucher which has not been proper by filled / out according / shall enjoy the services only offer the conditions stipulated have been immediate by fax.
2.6. All settlements for the services must be made on time.
3. Obligation of the Executor».
3.1.To offer to the «Customer» the following services: / The transport / the reception and the assistance of the Tourist to the hotel /only 3, 4, 5 star & Club/, which have been chosen by «Customer», the transfer airport-hotel-airport, the/HB, FB or AI/ and the services of guide translator according to the contract. The sight-seeing tour and the excursion program for additional payment.
3.2. To provide «Customer» with the necessary advertising material for the sale of the tours.
3.3. To give in time any information related to the changes of accommodation and reception of Tourists, and tourists baggage.
4. Value and method of payment.
4.1. The cost of services is according to the price list valid for the present period. The «Executor» sends an invoice to the «Customer»; in case if no complaint came during one week from the moment of its sending, this invoice must be paid before the tourists check in the hotel. Bank expenses shall be compensated by the sender. Only amount excluded bank expenses and commissions, received by «Executor», shall be included in accounting documents.
4.2. The «Executer» has the right not to make the services if the payment is not made in time.
4.3. By agreement of both partners form of payment may be changed.
4.4. The estimated cost of the contract is 200 000 US dollars .
4.5. The cost of services may be changed and the «Executer» must inform the «Customer» about these changes in time no more than 10 days from the date of introduction of new tariffs at what all the reserved rounds are paid under the old tariffs stipulated in the application.
5.Other terms.
5.1. Every tourist going to Turkey has to get medical insurance. Emergency medical assistance in the territory, when hospital admittance is not required, shall be paid by the tourist.
5.2. In exceptional cases «Executor» can change to the client of «Customer» the booked Hotel with another of the same category or better one.
5.3. All amendments and additions to the present contract shall be valid, on leg when they are made in writing and undersigned by the both parties.
6. Responsibilities.
6.1. Injury to the tourist himself or damage incurred to his baggage on the territory of one country shall be compensated on the basis of the laws of the country.
6.2. The parties decline any responsibility for any accidents caused by improper behavior on the part of the tourist.
6.3. «Executor» is not responsible for any changes in schedule or cancellation of the flight through any fault of the Airline Company, the Emigration Department, or in case the tourists refuse stokes part to the reserved tour.
6.4 In case the Executor for any reason has not rendered the tourist the ordered services in full or when due hereunder, last returns to the Customer the paid cost турпродукта in current of 40 days in view of monetary indemnification, at a rate of the put damage.
7. Force major.

1.1. Исполнитель предоставляет услуги по размещению, питанию туристов, экскурсионные услуги, а также услуги гидов-переводчиков и другие услуги, которые могут предоставляться в зависимости от целей путешествия.
1.2. Точный набор услуг для каждого туриста согласовывается сторонами посредством переписки в соответствии с условиями настоящего договора.
2. Обязанности Заказчика
2.1. Предоставлять туристам полную информацию в отношении предостав-ляемых Исполнителем услуг.
2.2. Не позднее 7 (Семи) дней до начала поездки предоставлять Исполнителю полный список туристов, содержащий следующие сведения:
2.2.1. фамилию, имя и отчество клиента,
2.2.2. номер авиарейса,
2.2.3. точную дату рождения
2.3. Оформлять документы в соответствии с требованиями иммиграционных служб, необходимые для продажи туристам туристическо-экскурсионных путевок.
2.4. Заказчик Обеспечивать туристическую группу и индивидуальных туристов ваучером на группу и отдельного туриста соответственно, на основании которого предоставляются услуги.
2.5. Группы туристов или отдельные туристы, прибывающие без ваучера или же с неправильно оформленным ваучером получают услуги только после получения письменного подтверждения Заказчика по факсу.
2.6. Своевременно оплачивать предо-ставляемые услуги.
3.Обязанности Исполнителя
3.1. Предоставить клиентам Заказчика услуги по размещению в предварительно бронируемых Заказчиком отелях (3 – 5 звезд или клубной системы), услуги по приему туристов (трансфер аэропорт – отель – аэропорт), услуги по питанию в соответствии ваучером, услуги гида-переводчика. В случае внесения дополнительной платы Исполнитель обязуется предоставить клиентам Заказчика также ознакомительную экскурсию и развлекательную экскурсионную программу.
3.2. Обеспечить Заказчика рекламной продукцией, необходимой для продажи услуг Исполнителя.
3.3. Своевременно предоставлять необ-ходимую информацию обо всех измене-ниях по размещению и доставке туристов и их багажа.
4.Цена и порядок взаиморасчетов
4.1. Стоимость услуг определяется, исходя из стоимости, указанной в действительном на дату заказа прайс-листе Исполнителя. Исполнитель выставляет Заказчику счёт в течение недели с момента получения заказа. Счет подлежит оплате в течение 3 банковских дней с момента его получения Заказчиком. В случае предъявления Заказчиком претензии по счету, он подлежит оплате в течение 3 банковских дней с момента урегулирования данной претензии. Оплаченный счет подтверждает факт надлежащего оказания услуг Исполнителем. Расходы за банковские переводы несет Заказчик. В учет берется сумма, поступившая на счет Исполнителя.
4.2. В случае несвоевременной оплаты за обслуживание туристов Исполнитель оставляет за собой право отказать в обслуживании туристов.
4.3. По согласованию сторон форма оплаты может быть изменена.
4.4. Ориентировочная стоимость настоящего договора составляет 200 000 долларов США .
4.5. Стоимость тура услуг может быть изменена исполнителем в одностороннем порядке, о чем Исполнитель информирует Заказчика в срок не более 10 (Десяти) дней с даты введения новых тарифов, при чем все забронированные туры оплачиваются по оговоренным в заявке тарифам.
5. Прочие условия
5.1. Каждый турист, прибывший в Турцию должен иметь медицинскую страховку. Когда обслуживание в больнице не требуется, помощь предоставляется за счет туриста.
5.2. В исключительных случаях Испол-нитель может заменить Заказчику забро-нированный отель на другой аналогич-ный или превосходящий по классу.
5.3. Все изменения и дополнения к настоящему договору являются действительными, если они совершены в письменной форме и подписаны обеими сторонами.
6.Ответственность.
6.1. В случае понесения убытков туристом или при потере багажа на территории одной страны, компенсация предоставляется согласно действующим законам этой страны.
6.2. Стороны снимают всякую ответственность при инцидентов, происшедших по вине туристов.
6.3. Исполнитель не несет ответственность за отмену или задержку рейса по вине авиакомпании или иммиграционных служб, а также невыполнение обязательств по бронированному туру по вине туриста.
6.4. В случае, если Исполнитель по какой-либо причине не предоставил туристу заказанные услуги в полном объёме или в установленный срок, последний возвращает Заказчику оплаченную стоимость услуг в течении 40 (сорок) дней с учётом денежной компенсации в размере понесенных прямых убытков.
7. Форс-мажор.
7.1. Ни одна из сторон не несет ответственность за потери, частично или полностью связанные с форс-мажорными обстоятельствами, не зависящими от контроля сторон, как стихийные бедствия.
8. Срок действия договора.
8.1. Настоящий договор заключен сроком на один год. Начало действия договора _______________.
