Source text - Hungarian Az elfogyasztott alkohol mennyisége, a fogyasztás módja, a fogyasztott alkohol minősége és a fogyasztás egyéb körülményei szoros összefüggést mutatnak az alkohol okozta egészségügyi károkkal (Anderson és Bamberg 2006, Rehm et al. 2012, Mackenbach et al. 2015). Európa a világ legnagyobb alkoholfogyasztású kontinense, napjainkban 75%-kal magasabb az egy főre jutó regisztrált fogyasztás ebben a régióban, mint a WHO országainak az átlaga. Ugyanakkor az európai országok többségét tekintve csökken az egy főre jutó alkoholfogyasztás (WHO 2014). A 2000-es évek elejétől kezdődőn a tiltott és legális pszichoaktív szerfogyasztás a fiatalok körében is csökkenni kezdett szinte valamennyi európai országban (Hibell et al. 2009, 2012, Inchley et al. 2016). A javuló trendek okaival kapcsolatosan egyelőre csak hipotézisek fogalmazódtak meg a nemzetközi szakirodalomban.
Az egy főre jutó regisztrált alkoholfogyasztás és a májbetegségben meghaltak száma Magyarországon is csökkent az elmúlt években (Kovács és Bálint 2015, Bálint és Elekes 2016). A felnőtt és fiatal népesség körében végzett kutatások szintén a fogyasztás csökkenését valószínűsítik (Elekes 2016, 2018).
Az alkoholra vonatkozó adatokkal kapcsolatosan gyakran merül fel a megbízhatóság kérdése. Az eladási adatokon alapuló fogyasztási adatok általános problémája az, hogy nem tartalmazzák a nem regisztrált alkohol (elsősorban házi előállítású és csempészett alkohol) fogyasztásának mennyiségét. Halálozási adatokon alapuló becslések szerint a nem regisztrált alkoholfogyasztás 2003-2005 között 33%-kal, 2008-2010 között 18%-kal növelte meg az egy főre jutó regisztrált fogyasztást Magyarországon (WHO 2014). Feltételezhető, hogy a házi pálinkafőzés engedélyezését követően, 2010 után jelentősen megnőtt a nem regisztrált alkohol mennyisége az összefogyasztáson belül. Az alkohollal kapcsolatos halálozási adatokra hatással voltak a BNO módosításai, a KSH halálozási regisztrációjában 2005-2006 között bekövetkezett változások, valamint az egészségügyi ellátás finanszírozása. Ezek a tényezők a trendek értelmezését befolyásolják, megnehezítik.
Translation - English The amount and quality of alcohol consumed, drinking habits, and further circumstances of consumption (Anderson and Bamberg 2006, Rehm et al. 2012, Mackenbach et al. 2015) are some of the several factors determining the extent of harm caused by drinking. Alcohol per capita consumption (APC) across Europe is highest in the world. Recorded APC of Europe surmounts the WHO average by 75%. Recently, however, APC has been falling in most of the European countries (WHO 2014). Simultaneously, from the beginning of the early 2000s, illicit and legal psychoactive substance use started to decrease among young people in almost all European countries (Hibell et al. 2009, 2012, Inchley et al. 2016). On this positive trend, (a several) hypotheses have been appeared on the international scene.
In recent years, recorded APC and the death rate for chronic liver diseases and cirrhosis have both dropped in Hungary (Kovács and Bálint 2015, Bálint and Elekes 2016). Research carried out among the adult and young population has also suggested that alcohol consumption has been falling in recent years (Elekes 2016, 2018).
Gathering data on alcohol consumption, reliability is a key issue. The statistics reflect reported sales and do not include unrecorded alcohol consumption deriving from homemade and smuggled alcoholic drinks. According to estimates based on mortality data, unrecorded alcohol consumption increased APC by 33% between 2003 and 2005 and by 18% between 2008 and 2010, in Hungary (WHO 2014). It is likely that after 2010, the year in which the Hungarian government championed a law allowing citizens to make their own pálinka (Hungarian home-made spirit), unrecorded alcohol consumption has been on the rise. Alcohol-attributable mortality was affected by various revisions on ICD, modification to the Central Statistical Office's death registration system (2005-2006), and the methods of financing health care. All these events make the interpretation of the trends difficult.

The Java application after EGL transformation works the original identical way and Java provides the same services and user experience as the legacy EGL application. The back-end DB2 or other database can be used after the Java conversion without any change, or it might be migrated by Data Liberator to the preferred RDBMS engine like Oracle, MSSQL, DB2/UDB etc.

• Próbáld ki mosáshoz a valamelyik egyszerű házi módszert:
- mosószóda: 2 evőkanálnyit tegyél a dobba vagy a mosószer tartályba.
- mosószappan-reszelék: Egy csapott evőkanál reszeléket 2 dl meleg vízzel felkevered, és a dobba öntöd.
- mosódió sötét (!) ruhákhoz: 4-5 db mosódiót egy kis vászonzsákban tegyél a dobba (40 ℃ feletti mosásnál)
- mosódió főzet alacsonyabb hőfokon mosáshoz (30 ℃): Önts fel 4-5 db mosódiót forró vízzel, majd egy éjszakát hagyd állni, ez a lé vízzel keverve mehet a mosógép dobjába
• Öblítéshez próbáld ki az ecetet: 0,5-1 dl/mosás! Ha nem tetszik az illata, adj hozzá 5-10 csepp illóolajat vagy 2-5 csepp mosóparfümöt.

Folteltávolítás
• Kávéfolt: 2-3 csepp gyógyszertári alkohollal dörzsöld be a foltot, majd mehet a mosásba

• Izzadtságfolt/dezodorfolt ruha hónalján: Szódabikarbónából keverj pasztát egy kis vízzel, és dörzsöld be vele. Színes ruhánál először végezzünk színpróbát.
• Vérfolt, kakis babapelenka, zsíros ingnyak, beszáradt folt: Marhaepe szappannal dörzsöljük át a foltot, majd fél-egy órát hagyjuk hatni. Ezután öblítsük ki. Ha szükséges, ismételjük meg a kezelést. Akár szappanosan is mehet a mosásba.
• Rágógumi: Tegyük a ruhát a fagyasztóba – a megdermedt rágó könnyebben eltávolítható. Szőnyegen jégkockával fagyasszuk.
• Fehérítésre a nátrium-perkarbonát vált be nekünk. A mosógépdobba tegyél 1-2 evőkanálnyit a fehér ruhák mellé, és 40 vagy 60 °C-on mosd ki a ruhákat!
• Az UV-fény fehérít és fertőtlenít. Ha teheted, a fehér ruhákat szárítsd a napon!

• Try one of these simple tricks when doing the laundry.
Washing soda - Put two tablespoons of washing soda into the drum or the dispenser.
Washing soap shreds - Mix a tablespoon of shreds with 200 ml of warm water and pour it into the drum.
Soap nuts for dark (!) clothes - Take 4 to 5 soap nuts and place them in a small canvas bag. Tie the bag and throw it in the drum after you’ve loaded your laundry (for washing above 40 ℃).
Liquid detergent from soap nuts, for low temperature washing (30 ℃) - Place 4 to 5 soap nuts in a bowl and add hot water. Soak the nuts overnight. Add some fresh water to the juice and pour it into the drum.
• Use vinegar for the rinse cycle. You’ll need 50 to 100 ml vinegar/wash cycle only. Do not fancy the smell of vinegar? Add 5 to 10 drops of essential oil or 2 to 5 drops of laundry perfume to get scented vinegar for your laundry.

Stain removal
• Coffee stain Take 2 to 3 drops of pharmacy alcohol and rub the stain thoroughly, working from the center. Then wash as you normally would.
• Tomato stain If the fabric is washable, run cold water through the back of the stain as quickly as possible and let the fabric dry on the sun. Incredible, isn’t it? The stain has gone!
• Armpit stains (from deodorant or sweat) Rub the stain with a mixture of baking soda and water. Be careful with colored clothes. Pre-treat them with a small quantity.
• Blood stain, baby poo stains from diaper, nasty shirt collar, dried stains Rub the stain with ox gall soap and leave for half an hour or an hour. Then rinse. Repeat this treatment if necessary. You may put it in the wash cycle without rinsing the soap off.
• Chewing gum Put the item of clothes in the deep freezer. The frozen gum is easier to remove. Use ice cubes to get the gum out of the carpet.
• For bleaching, sodium perborate has worked for us. Put 1 to 2 tablespoons of sodium perborate with the white laundry in the drum and wash at 40 or 60°C.
• Did you know? UV light bleaches and disinfects your clothes. Dry your white clothes in the sun, if it’s possible.

Solidarity-based Food Systems (SFS) are forms of short food supply chains which are based on solidarity economies, democratic decision-making and participatory management. SFS often produce organically, or at least in a climate-friendly way, aiming to provide nutritious food with less ecological impact and higher social benefits. SFS was chosen as the umbrella term to take into account various forms of organisations, distinct from CSAs but nonetheless sharing a similar approach to sustainability, fairness and solidarity. This refers to: buyer groups, food coops and enterprises that foster direct farmer-consumer relations; social cooperatives; and others. [31]
Spolkový obchod Obživa: an example of SFS from the Czech Republic
In 2018, farmers and consumers in Prague established a community shop selling organic and fair products. The aim is to enable and facilitate members’ livelihood, based on personal relationships and reciprocity. At the beginning, each member puts an investment contribution into the association (EUR 192) and then pays each month an operating fee (EUR 14 / person, EUR 18 / family). Monthly fees are used to cover the costs of running a business (wages, rent, etc.). Only members can buy in the store and the goods are sold without a trading margin. Two main models that are blossoming nowadays are Local Solidarity-based Partnerships for Agroecology (LSPA) and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). The concepts of CSA and LSPA relate to each other. To understand both concepts it is important to know what agroecology means. Agroecology is a set of resilient agricultural practices rooted in specific social movements. At the same time, it is a technical and philosophical concept which provides us with healthy food systems built on values of environmental protection and human rights.

Az SFS-ek két legnépszerűbb modellje napjainkban a helyi, szolidaritáson alapuló agroökológiai együttműködés és a közösségi mezőgazdálkodás (CSA). E két modell alapkoncepciója összefügg. A ZÖLD NAPLÓ egy „vizuális jegyzetfüzet”, amely az összkép hiány-, illetve hullámtermészetében mélyül el.
A hiánytermészetet kutató darabok (Szélrózsa, Hullámtörők, Gravitáció, Delta, Húrok, Szentiván-éj, La Primavera) elforgatott, organikus formába helyezett minta- és ritmusszerkezetek. Hiány akkor keletkezik, például, amikor a kép egy adott részletére „zoomolunk”, így fontos mozzanatok esnek ki a látómezőnkből. A lecsapott részek látszólag elveszítik fontosságukat, azonban épp ez a feszültség lényege, mert a fő forma üzenetét hordozhatják. Bármilyen szerves darabka, amely nem része többé az egésznek, hangsúlyos marad, hatással van a kép egészére, valamint negatív formaként csapódik ki a képmező szélein túlra. E sorozat legfőbb célja a hiányra való figyelem felkeltése.
Epheszoszi Herakleitosz szerint „minden áramlik”. Pusztán formai szempontból az általam megjelenített hullámtermészetűség nem más, mint apró képelemek masszív formává és eltérő ritmusokká való szerveződése (Ujjlenyomat, Vers a szerelemről, Szétválasztó algoritmus, Fehér zaj, Ritmusszakadás, Vörösfenyők, Palást). Pszichológiai jelenség, ahogyan az egyén az emberáradatban feladja személyiségét, és átveszi az embertömeg mozgási irányát. A túlélési ösztönnel lehet kapcsolatos, hiszen számára ez jelenti a legkisebb erőfeszítést és a legnagyobb biztonságot. Ha ennek mintájára a kisebb képi elemek egymást mintegy „utánozva” követik az egységes haladási irányt, igen erőteljes hatást váltanak ki. Egy sor vagy csupán egyetlen egység a fő iránnyal való szembefordítása megváltoztatja az összképet és a fény esésszögét is. Ha felületen egymással ellentétes irányú mozgást jelenítek meg, a fény rejtett formákat bont ki a határvonalak mentén, így egy apró irányváltás is megakasztja a tekintetet.

GREEN DIARY is a ‘visual notebook’, an in-depth study of the role of absence and flow in the artistic composition.
The pieces Compass Rose, Breakwaters, Gravitation, Delta, Strings, Midsummer’s Night, La Primavera, which elaborate on absence are basically motif- and rhythm structures, rotated, and set as organic forms. Absence is a result of zooming in on a certain detail of the picture, excluding important elements from the field of vision. The excluded elements seem to lose their importance – this causes tension as they might be the ones to convey the main message of the composition. Therefore any tiny yet integral piece, which seemingly makes no longer part of the whole, is particular because it has an impact on the work as a whole, also because it moves beyond the frame and acts as a negative form. The series urges spectators to notice and observe absence.
Heraclitus of Ephesus said ‘everything is in flux’. From a purely formal standpoint, the flow depicted in my work is nothing more than the process of tiny elements being structured into a massive form and various rhythms (Fingerprint, Poem about Love, Dividing Algorithm, White Noise, Disruption of Rhythm, Red Pines, Cape). It is a psychological phenomenon; the individual gives up his or her personality in the crowd and starts moving with it. This can be ascribed to the instinct to survive, as adapting to the crowd of people brings safety and requires a minimum effort from individuals. In my work the powerful effect is produced by tiny elements imitating each other and flowing in the same direction. Reversing a line or any other single unit alters the overall picture and the angle of light. If I present reverse directions on the canvas, latent forms unfolded by light appear along the borderlines. As a consequence, even a slight change of just one element’s direction may interfere with the spectator’s view.
