retribución - retribuir

Spanish to English Other Surveying
This is a questionnaire from Spanish into English, and they want to know in the survey how the employee feels in the company. There are different items, the manager, the environment and one is RETRIBUCIONES, and they ask questions regarding salary, I used SALARY for RETRIBUCIONES but, look at this question "¿Te sientes bien retribuido?, how would you translate retribuido there, I used rewarded but I am not sure, thanks a lot.

remunerated / remunerate

"Retribución" in this context includes the full pay packet. This encompasses salary, plus bonus, plus fringe benefits if any.

I think that the above is the term that best describes this in English (but I would like to know the views of any natives....)
