chemical mineral

You are correct: "chemical mineral".
But in English, it is almost redundant to use the word "chemical", one talks about "a mineral" for short. UNLESS it is something else "mineral water, mineral resources", etc.
PAY ATTENTION - in Portuguese there is a DIFFERENCE between "mineral" and "minério". If "minério" comes up in the text, let me know - this has an economic meaning, not only chemical.

mineral chemicals

I assume it's a group in a classification system for chemicals.
