Si garantisce la consistenza del patrimonio sociale
https://notariato.it/it/impresa/i-conferimenti-patrimonio-so...
"The net worth of all assets and liabilities of the company is guaranteed"?

Italian term (edited):
consistenza del patrimonio sociale
net shareholders' equity
As per the first Discussion Entry, albeit not the same as a barebones amount or value: literally, the make-up of the equity share capital is (hereby) guaranteed / warranted.
consistenze patrimoniali = net worth; shareholders' equity, Garzanti
consistenze patrimoniali = net worth; shareholders' equity, Garzanti
Example sentence:
In business, net worth is also known as book value or shareholders' equity.
Equity Share Capital, in company finance, is the amount of capital raised due to the issuance of company shares.

: 'Patrimonio sociale' is shareholders' equity. This question is about 'consistenza'.

consolidation / make up
Maybe I dare too much.. however in THIS context I would use 'consolidate'
"to combine assets, liabilities, and other financial items of 2 or more entities into one" in the sense that we have a financial statement that shows aggregated financial results which shall be assessed.

Consolidation in Finance
Consolidation involves taking multiple accounts or businesses and combining the information into a single point. In financial accounting, consolidated financial statements provide a comprehensive view of the financial position of both the parent company and its subsidiaries, rather than one company's stand-alone position.
In consolidated accounting, the information from a parent company and its subsidiaries are treated as though it comes from a single entity. The cumulative assets from the business, as well as any revenue or expenses, are recorded on the balance sheet of the parent company. This information is also reported on the income statement of the parent company.

make up
I found exactly the same sentence in REVERSO, therefore I paste it for reference.
La sua consistenza (attività e passività) viene accertata periodicamente attraverso la redazione annuale del bilancio di esercizio.
Their make-up (assets and liabilities) is determined periodically through the preparation of the annual financial statements.

: Phil I stopped coming to kudoz a few years ago because I had answered all the questions, at least on finance. If you complain that we have had it many times before we might as well stop :-)

It's a shame that the glossary is becoming unusably large because people don't bother checking it and ask the same questions over and over again.

: another logical fallacy. 'We've had this many times before' doesn't mean that even a 5 CL /confidence level attaches to a right 'one-size-fits-all' answer https://www.proz.com/personal-glossaries/entry/751359-consis...
