As per the first Discussion Entry, albeit not the same as a barebones amount or value: literally, the make-up of the equity share capital is (hereby) guaranteed / warranted.

Maybe I dare too much.. however in THIS context I would use 'consolidate'

"to combine assets, liabilities, and other financial items of 2 or more entities into one" in the sense that we have a financial statement that shows aggregated financial results which shall be assessed.
