I can't seem to find a clear definition of this term, or a corresponding translation. Here's the context:

"En effet, les prestations de services bancaires et financiers sur Internet sont suffisamment sensibles pour que des questions liées à d’éventuelles agrémentations et maîtrise des risques méritent une réflexion approfondie."

Anglicisme?? You would not by any chance be imagining that "agrémentation" is a franglais form of the English "agreement"? No, it isn't. Questions are, as you suggest, generally best answered by native speakers of the target language, though native speakers of the source language also give very valuable input.

Anglicisme Je pense que nous avons ici affaire à un anglicisme. Donc, la meilleure solution est de prendre le conseil d'un locuteur natif d'anglais.
