ライセンス契約の翻訳で、「表明と保証」のなかの条項です。「cause」が2回でてきますが、うまく訳せません。どなたか助けてください。
EP represents and warrants that it has the right to enter into this Agreement and to cause the Products to be sold in the form and in the manner set forth in this Agreement. Licensor represents and warrants to EP that: (a) Licensor has the right to enter into this Agreement with EP, (b) Licensor has the right to allow or cause the Content of the Publications to be licensed in the form and manner set forth in this Agreement
