@silvester En fait, ce dont parle Allegro couvre les (monthly) interest from due date. Ta référence (à mon avis) va au next step: the debt collection - le processus de recouvrement (qui n'est jamais gratuit, d'où les frais supplémentaires).

I still think that this is a payment reminder (i.e. an invoice marked OVERDUE - usually in red) and that's why a charge is added. I don't see how it can be an "amended" (modifié) invoice

@Laurent Plus j'y pense, plus je doute... Quand on accepte de "modifier une facture", c'est qu'il y a eu une erreur. Comment le client pourrait-il accepter de payer des frais dans ce cas? Je catch pas. Si jamais votre client avait une vue différente, ou vous éclairait sur ce point, please, keep us posted! Merci d'avance.

parsing I think you really need to parse it as 'payment remark invoice' — AFAIK, this is an invoice that has had to receive exceptional manual processing because there is some 'remark' (anomaly, perhaps) with the payment of it.

Je crois qu'on parle d'une facture très "overdue" pour laquelle on a amorcé un processus de recouvrement. D'ailleurs, je crois que le cas serait mieux rendu par:

... Des frais d'administration seront ajoutés aux factures mises en recouvrement.

Considérant la définition donnée à "payment remark" en référence (signalement aux agences de notation du crédit - au Québec, Equifax, Better Business Bureau, etc.) ce serait cohérent.

...Si la facture n'a toujours pas été acquittée,... je serai dans l'obligation de facturer des intérêts et des frais d'administration (2% pour le mois de retard + 50$ de frais de recouvrement)...
