Quando procurei, encontrei um texto no LINKEDIN, cujo exerto está abaixo.
Primeiramete, pensei em *head of sales*, mas depois de ler o texto, fiquei na dúvida.

"Quem ocupa essa cadeira vai ser basicamente a cabeça da operação toda, então isso pode ser uma pessoa ou um grupo de pessoas que formam o head como um setor.
.... quem esta é responsável por fazer a instituição alcançar seus objetivos financeiros mais altos possíveis, por isso exige do profissional que ele entenda muito bem toda capilaridade da empresa, do nível mais baixo ao mais alto. Em um bom organograma esse profissional trabalha acima do CFO se for o head de finanças, se for o head de projetos ele fica acima dos diretores comerciais e o PMO e assim segue a linha.
O que precisa para ser um head? Vontade de apreender, se você não quiser apreender você não vai ser head, porque apreender é o primeiro pilar para você saber o que a instituição faz, conhecer as atividades da sua célula e o que cada diretor faz e cada gerente abaixo dele faz e assim por diante, claro que você não vai sentar do lado do analista ou assistente para ver como fazem no dia a dia, porem precisa saber como as informações são criadas e repassadas a você, até porque em caso de dúvida precisa saber com quem contar..."
