What could be the equivalent of "must CC" in the following sentence?

"You must CC the case creator. 1st attempt to schedule a call for a Customer Adoption or Customer Satisfaction case."

Es lo que hace, al fin y al cabo. Es importante diferenciar que los incluidos en CC realmente no son destinatarios del mensaje, "oficialmente", indirectamente sí lo son, en realidad. Se les manda una copia del mismo, los destinatarios se especifican en "Para".

Opino igual que Yaotl, pero pienso que no son realmente destinatarios del mensaje. No está dirigido directamente para los que están en CC.
