I think the Entscheidung here is a court order or a decision previously reached in a paternity case, but not quite sure how to deal with "satz" - a set of decisions or court orders?

I take this to be the bit at the end, after the facts of the case, where the court gives its reasoned decision. It's literally a 'sentence', ie some words with a period at the end, but it's clearly rather longer than that here.

In German jurisprudence, the tenor (emphasis on the first syllable) is the core of every judicial decision ( decision or judgment ), namely the designation of the legal consequence that the court orders. Further components of court decisions are the rubrum , the facts and the reasons for the decision . A written administrative act also has a tenor. Formulating the tenor of a decision is called tenoring .
The tenor is also decision formula or judgment is called the Austrian verdict (verdict, finding spell decision saying, decision saying), Switzerland dispositive ( judgment dispositive , dispositive of an order, decision, one decision).
