English to Romanian Other Law: Contract(s)

Company shall pay all taxes and other duties or ***assessments*** that may be levied by any governmental authority with respect to Services to be performed by Company pursuant to this Agreement and/or on the service fees accruing and payable to Company pursuant to this Agreement.
