I don't think there is a classical 1:1 translation, because many tests rely on "jarring tenderness", so that Erschütterungsschmerz is more like a category than a single test. In most cases, tenderness will probably be elicited by a heel drop test or by percussion of the affected area, but you can't tell from the word which test was actually used. It might as well be coughing or a rebound.
