"Calidades" means "specifications". "Calidades constructivas" is a very broad term indeed and covers just about everything, as the examples you give suggest. Look at this "Memoria de calidades constructivas", for example:

"Revestimientos" means surface elements. It can mean specifically for walls, in which case the term is "facings", but it can refer to floors as well ("pavimentos"). The broader term that covers all the possibilities is "coverings", so I would use that here.
