Bear with me as I explain how I got here!

Somebody in this forum said the 'articônes' on their Peugeot J7 were dead, and that he'd ordered replacement parts:

Helpfully, he provided the serial number for the part, so I ran that through Google and found an English description (SHOCK ABSORBER BUSHING) and a picture at this website:

While I was at it, I thought I'd check out the same part on the aforementioned Serie04 website:

Sure enough, it was listed as a silentbloc, which, according to Wikipedia was originally a trademark but is now used to refer to vehicle bushings in general:

I think, on the basis of all that, I would be happy to go with bushing! Having said that, a Linguee search for silentbloc turns up a few other possibilities, which may be worth your time:

Sorry, where I said "aforementioned Serie04 website", I had actually forgotten to mention earlier: the fellow in the forum got his spare part from Serie04!
