Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) consultancy agreement

Hi,
I'm translating an agreement between an Italian company and a marketing consultant. Under the "obblighi del consulente" there is the following condition which the consultant must adhere to:
"non stipulare per tutta la durata del presente contratto, contratti di [...] o, comunque, qualsivoglia contratto, anche appartenente a differenti schemi negoziali, con societa' o imprese aventi attivita' concorrenti in tutto o in parte con quelle di X"
Would it be "negotiation strategies"?
