English term

wiggie

English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering Safety
An electrician is working in a hot power panel. The area is well marked and barricaded. The lock out permit is in place and properly filled out. With all conditions seeming safe, the electrician stops work because she does not feel everything is right. She uses her wiggie on the raceway and finds it is hot.
