English to French Marketing Real Estate general

Hi All,

Translating a document for a real estate company and I came accross the term "commission split"...

I understand it is a commission paid openly to a person who influenced the awarding of a business contract but I dont't find a french equivalent...

Here is the sentence:
"How do you recruit the best talent without giving away commission splits?" (stingy blokes...)
