my translation:

ferrocene mass in vapor phase in chamber

would this be an accurate translation? It’s the title of a figure. it sounds somewhat awkward

Can you say "ferrocene mass vapor phase in the chamber" instead?
Sorry I know about vapor phases etc but not ferrocene....
