French to English Law/Patents Real Estate Mortgage document

"Une copie authentique des traité de fusion et acte complémentaire a été publiée au Troisième bureau des hypothèques de XXX, le 24 avril XXXX, volume XXXXP numéro XXXX, suivie d’une ** attestation rectificative valant reprise pour ordre ** dressée par ledit Maître XXXXX, Notaire à PARIS, le 22 mai XXXX, publiée audit bureau des hypothèques le 28 mai XXXX, volume XXXXP numéro XXXX, dans laquelle il est précisé que la valeur des biens a été portée à la somme de CENT SOIXANTE MILLIONS D'EUROS (160.000.000,00 €)"

This has been asked before (in the French to German forum), but I can't make complete sense of the answer given.

From my own research (and indeed the context of my document), the 'reprise pour ordre' refers to an amending or correcting document - for example, this PDF (http://www.finances.gouv.fr/fonds_documentaire/minefi/servic... a reference to it in a footnote ("Elle est traitée comme si elle venait d'être déposée en même temps que l'acte de vente corrigé...") but if I'm translating 'attestation rectificative' as 'amending certificate', surely further reference to 'amending' or 'correcting' would just be over-kill?

And does anyone know what the significance of the 'pour ordre' is in this particular phrase?

Et pourtant...this must be a fairly standard phrase, you would have thought the 'proper' translation would be out there somewhere!
