It would be normal anglophone practice, where an organisation uses its own picture resources in a press release (or similar materials), to give itself credit 'as if it were a third party'.
For example, if 'My Company Ltd.' issues a press release with two photos, one borrowed from the Associated Press and the other taken by My Company Ltd.'s own in-house photographer, then they would be credited thus:

: The usual practice is, when the photographer him/herself is not credited, to put simply the name of the company/organization/gov't agency that issued the release. NASA is a good example.

Generally, a "divulgação" text is called a "press release", or "release", for short. However, for other materials, such as photos, that terminology doesn't quite apply. In terms of applicable terms, the choice between "publicity" and "promotion" is somewhat subtle and would depend on having a more specific context.
Although "to divulge" is not so rare, "divulgation" is very seldom seen; worse, it often turns out to be a mistranslation from some Latin language.

By the way: With such a lively discussion around the previous attempted translations, I ended up forgetting to note a basic error in the very question description: since there is no attribution, it shouls be "legenda", not "crédito" (itself a common mistranslation from English).
