Il s'agit de la description d'un traitement contre la polyarthrite rhumato�de (XXX �tant le nom du m�dicament). Je ne comprends pas si cette expression indique le m�dicament doit �tre pris 24 fois par semaine? Il me semblait que Y-weekly signifie plut�t 'toutes les Y semaines'. Merci de m'�clairer si vous �tes familier de cette expression.

Je réponds en tant qu'anglophone, sachant qu'on peut sûrement l'exprimer de façon plus élégante en français, pour dire que cette construction veut dire 1 fois toutes les 24 semaines. Ou 1 fois tous les 6 mois (4x6).

: c'est comme ça que le comprends aussi (surtout si c'est le rituximab) - jamais compris la non divulgation du nom de médicament dans ces questions...

: no, you have misunderstood the meaning of x-weekly - is that better?/the context is needed for confirmation, but the term x-weekly means every x weeks. See weekly vs 2-weekly treatment for example.
