Ich würde 'Trinxat' eventuell mitanhängen, da es ein Eigenname ist, wie zum Beispiel "Trinxat de la Cerdanya":

Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Varianten, die teils auch wie relative dicke Eintöpfe aussehen können. Typisch ist jedoch die Form, die einer Tortilla (ohne Eier) ähnelt. Daher mein Vorschlag: Deftig sind alle Varianten, da häufig auch mit Wurst oder durchwachsenem Fleisch angereichert, und Kohl enthalten alle.

Unter Umständen wäre es gar nicht schlecht, den Originalnamen auch nachzustellen:
... Suppen, deftige Kohlgerichte ('Trinxats') und Pilze, ...
Trinxat cerdà = Trinxat de la cerdanya; cerdà ist einfach nur das entsprechende Adjektiv.
Zutaten: Hauptsächlich Kohl, Kartoffeln und Speck.
