Source text - Czech Společnost vykazuje k 23.8. 2008 ztrátu ve výši cca ………. mio CZK, která je zapříčiněna především velkými kurzovými rozdíly, vzniklým inventurním rozdílem - mankem, a vytvořenou rezervou na odpisy majetku. Předpokládám, že kdyby nedošlo k výkyvům EUR v průběhu letošního roku, mohlo by se hospodaření společnosti pohybovat někde kolem …………...
Nicméně také musíme počítat s tím, že společnost má téměř nulové mzdové náklady, neboť ty jsou hrazeny z dotací. Takže pokud by společnost měla hospodařit bez dotací byla by v hluboké ztrátě minimálně ………. mio CZK. Dotace však mohou pomoci k rozjezdu společnosti, která by v budoucnu měla realizovat zisk.
Z rozvahy je patrno, že společnost má velmi vysoké závazky, jak vůči mateřské společnosti (cca ……… mio), tak vůči třetím osobám (cca ……… mio), naproti tomu má ve svých aktivech pohledávky (…….. mio), skladové zásoby (………….. mio), finanční prostředky a nedokončený majetek. Všechny tyto aktiva však jsou tvořeny cizími zdroji, což navenek (převážně pro posouzení bankou) není příznivý ukazatel.
Translation - English As of 23.8. 2008, the company shows a loss of c. ………. million CZK. This loss is mostly a result of great exchange rate differences arising from inventory difference – deficit and from the property depreciation reserve created. I presume that if the EUR exchange rate had not fluctuated that wildly, the results of the company could have been around …………...
We must also consider the fact that the company has almost zero labour costs because they are being covered from subsidies. If the company had to do without these subsidies, it would go into deep loss of at least ………. million CZK. However, the subsidies can help the company to start up so that it can realize profit in the future.
The balance sheet makes it clear that the company has a very high level of liabilities, both to its parent company (c. ……… million) and to third parties (c. ……… million). On the other hand, a great deal of its assets consists of claims (…….. million), warehouse stock (………….. million), financial assets and uncompleted assets. All these assets comprise of liabilities, which is a fact that does not convey a positive impression for external assessment (most importantly by banks).
