English to Russian: Heat exchanger (Test) General field: Tech/Engineering
Source text - English 1. Isolation valves shall be provided on inlet and outlet lines where maintenance can be performed on the exchanger with the unit in operation. A bypass of the exchanger should then be installed if this is applicable.
2. Provide spectacle blinds or maintenance spools at inlets and outlets where maintenance valves have been provided. No outlet blinds are required if the fluid is steam condensate.
3. Provide thermal expansion protection of liquid filled services with heating media on the opposite side, when the stream can be blocked by valves.
4. Route thermal expansion discharges to appropriate location (e.g. closed drain, flare, tank). On process fluid side, thermal expansion valves should preferably discharge back into the process if the volume is sufficient to avoid release of flammable or toxic material and loss of inventory / process upsets if the valve fails to open.
5. Shell and channel piping shall be provided with a vent connection and a drain connection unless venting and draining can be done via other equipment/surrounding piping. In general, vents and drains on heat exchanger shells should be avoided as much as possible. However, they are required on the shell cover on horizontal floating head heat exchangers.
6. An inlet and outlet TI or TG shall be provided to monitor the process side(s) of the exchanger. These shall not be duplicated with TI’s required for other reasons.
Translation - Russian 1.
English to Russian: VLAN (Tes) General field: Tech/Engineering Detailed field: IT (Information Technology)
Source text - English A single VLAN id opens a tunnel through the MEN toward the RNC. Only
C-VLAN tagged Ethernet frames are forwarded.
The ports (facing the access network) operate in C-VLAN mode and L2 ports can
be programmed to accept tagged-only Ethernet frames. Also, the wireless ports
operate in C-VLAN mode and L2 ports are programmed to accept tagged-only
Ethernet frames for preventing undesired traffic from being forwarded.
