I am a bit stumped here! These two acronyms appear in a document which is analysing uranium ore extraction at a mining complex. The part of the document is a spreadsheet giving the income and expenditure on various items at the mine.

КВ и ПВ РУ-1 и ПВ Семизбай

This is under the heading of "Выпуск урана, тонн" - so I wondered if it was the way in which the ore was extracted?
