Hungarian term

Elnök-vezérigazgató

Hungarian to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
Is this translation correct? I believe there is the word President in Hungarian which I do not need. Can you give me the translation for this string:
Chairman and CEO

Thanks
Lori

Hungarian term (edited): Elnk-Vezrigazgat
Selected

Chairman-CEO

Yes it is correct. In this context, Elnök is not President but Chairman (of the Board); and Vezérigazgató is CEO, i.e. Chief Executive Officer.
