: You could follow it up with "This confirmation is binding" ("binding" implies that you prob. can't get your money back if you cancel, which just "confirming" doesn't) - but unfortunately "confirm bindingly" won't do.

another option in brackets (confirmation binding) may be in peak seasons when there is less room for manipulation for the travel agent. But from the limited text given, I would prefer to be silent on this 'money back' angle
