Just a guess since it's most likely a military patient, right?

Did your document mention that the diagnosis is based on a CT/MRI with contrast? There's usually some mention of increased uptake/accumulation/enhancement in conjunction with contrast studies.

Note from asker:
Could be, you may be right. Do you think "Km" means "contrast medium"? |
No mentioning of MRI or CT. Unfortunately! It talks further about sonography, urinalysis, medical history. That's why I am not sure. |

Comment: "I am still not 100 % sure, but it made sense in that case. Thanks!"

This is just a guess, therefore my low confidence level!
Unter RTx in KL = Unter Rituximab in Kochsalzlösung.
Rituximab is an intravenous drug that is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. It belongs to a class of drugs called monoclonal antibodies.

The vehicle in which rituximab was administered was a saline solution without additional protein.

: IMO RTx or RTX --> Radiotherapie, Strahlentherapie. The prostate cancer was treated with radiotherapy ... in (some kind of position? Lage?) or simply "in der Klinik" Kl. ...

Quite possible if the patient received radiotherapy. (RTX = Rituximab is a chemotherapy drug.)
