English to Vietnamese Medical Other Transgender terminology

I am translating English (US) to Vietnamese (US) an informational brochure from a gender clinic at a large children's hospital. The target audience is young transgender people who are being seen at the clinic and the purpose of the brochure is to explain the different options for a MTF transgender person. A sample sentence: "Tucking is when a person moves their genitals so that they are less visible in tight clothing or to create what may be seen as a more “feminine” appearance."

Through online research I've found the term "tém mạo" file:///C:/Users/inkst/Downloads/2015-asia-pacific-trans-health-blueprint_VN%20(2).pdf but am concerned that is a slang term that may not be appropriate in a medical brochure; and a wikipedia article that uses the term "gài" but I suspect that may be a machine translation as I can't confirm it anywhere else online.

Unfortunately I don't know any Vietnamese trans people I can ask. Does anyone here have friends in the community that can share what terms they use for the concept of "tucking"?
