venta furtiva no permitida
El término fue originado por Neil Rackham, en su libro Spin Selling (1988). Este psicólogo convertido a gurú del marketing, siguiendo la analogía de la caza, desarrolló diversos conceptos sobre técnicas de venta, sobretodo la idea de vendedores "hunters" y "farmers" fueron los conceptos centrales. Así mismo, desarrolló otros términos como "poaching" (venta furtiva) o captar (cazar) nuevos clientes haciendo ofertas muy atractivas a los clientes para que dejen la competencia. En este caso esta cláusula en contrato de trabajo no permite al empleado captar clientes de la competencia con técnicas de venta "furtiva".
