A license agreement for a TV program says, that the Licensee is granted the right to "Produce and exploit all ancillary rights based upon the Porgram". I know what these rights include but find it difficult to find an exact correct legal term in Polish. "Prawa dodatkowe"?, "Prawa służebne", "Prawa Pokrewne"?
