Nutrition
The term is taken from an editorial to the British Journal of Nutrition. "However, from a physiological point of view, it is more relevant to refer to carbohydrate biodisponsibility than to structure. Carbohydrate biodisponsibility is not only due to the biochemical structure, but is also dependent on the nature of the sugar and the matrix of food."

.... penso siano sinonimi. Il termine "biodisponsibility" difficilmente verrebbe usato da un madrelingua inglese. :-)
