'Nama saya Josh'

Actually there are some alternatives; 'Saya Josh', 'Namaku Josh' and 'Aku Josh'.
'aku' is more informal personal adverb than 'saya'. In the same way, '-ku' is more informal than 'saya'.

hope this will help.

Any suggestions?

Nama saya Josh

Keluarga kami terdiri dari sepuluh orang.

"Kami" means us, and "Keluarga kami" means "our family". You may use "Keluarga saya" which means "My family" instead, but in this case, I think "Keluarga kami" is better.
