English to German Bus/Financial Telecom(munications) mobile technology

This is probably perfectly simple but I can't think of snappy way of putting it - again mobile communications: "The last area is pricing. This is a difficult problem because it raises questions about what we are actually selling. Are we selling minutes or megabytes? (...) No customer knows how many megabytes are behind an SMS, the download of a game or viewing an information service. In pricing as well as applications, we have to give customers value. We need to give the customer value in terms of what they are willing to pay for and they need to know what will be on their bill when they use a particular application. It is very much about event pricing."

Anything with "Preis pro Nutzung" seems a bit clumsy here -- any suggestions? Thanks!
