If additional sales or use or any other types of taxes, including any applicable taxes on Deficit billings, are assessed against the operation, Client shall reimburse Supplier for such assessment and any interest and penalties, and for attorney fees or other costs incurred by Supplier related to such assessment upon receipt of an invoice from Supplier therefor.
