إذا كان السياق يذكر اندماج شركات فالاندماج فعلا ينتج عنه رسوم لكلا الطرفين حسب العقد ولكن أرى ذكرك كلمة joint venture التي تعني مشروع مشترك أي منشأة مشتركة

Thank you That was very helpful .. I am for the first expalnation given in the dictionary as the expression was in a joint venture agreement between several companies and facilities and is not related to the stock market .. so I think it should mean " merging fees" رسوم اندماج ? would you agree?
