partial fracturing Explanation: Not peculiar to Austria (or the legion of Luxembourg doctors qualifying over here - query: written by my French-speaking Lux neighbour upstairs), but the gerundive form might be. Funnily enough, a surgeon in Vienna made a very similar partially-cracked and incomplete fracture of ankle and tibia diagnosis on me when surmising London Marathon overtraining from many years before.
