business incubator Explanation: You really need more context, it could be a generic government entity created to manage a project, or as terrible as it sounds, the term "business incubator" is common. Since this seems to be a government committee, you could call it a "business incubator committee" or something similar. The only reason I don't like "entity" is that "entity" makes it sound like an independent organization and the phrase " لجنة حكومية" does seem to indicate a committee, so I would probably use "business incubator committee" or again if context shows that it is not promoting/assisting business startups, you could use a generic term such as "administrative entity" as suggested by Z-trans above.. Context!!! |
