Hola buenos días Estoy con la traducción de un IPAS y en una parte de abreviaciones me encontre con TARC
Según lo que pude encontrar TARC: Titular de Autorización de Registro y Comercialización.
Puede ser entonces: the Holders of Registration and Marketing Authorizations o Marketing Authorisation Holder (MAH)
Creo que sería la última ¿no?
gracias

The point of this reference is that there are all sorts of variations whether it is the addition of the word "sponsors", "licence", etc. but the one consistency is that "Marketing Authorisation Holders (MAHs)" phrase appears in all the examples set out.
I would be inclined in your context to use "Registration and Marketing Authorisation Holder (TARC in Spanish)", but let us see what others say.
