Hallo,

maltesischer Geschäftsbericht samt Jahresabschluss. Fragen werden jetzt leichter wegen Zeitproblemen.

Maltesischer Gesellschaftsregisterführer klingt nicht so gut. Ist das dann einfach das ***Gesellschaftsregister Malta*** wie man es ja auch als mögliche Expert-Übersetzung für "registrar of" kennt?

The principal accounting policies applied in the preparation of these financial statements are set out below.
1.1 Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Accountancy Profession (General Accounting Principles for Small and Medium-Sized Entities) Regulations, Legal Notice 289 of 2015 (GAPSME) and the requirements of the Maltese Companies Act (Cap. 386).
They have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The company’s parent company, Z p.l.c., (Note 7) prepares consolidated financial statements in a manner equivalent to that required by the Maltese Companies Act (Cap. 386) and these are delivered to the ***Registrar of Companies in Malta***.
